The team over at ReptiChip is amazing! I had an issue with one of the bulbs I ordered but JT and Chelsey got me fixed right up when the manufacturer who should have replaced the bulb ghosted me. Original review: I received my order of 4 of these bulbs. They shipped quickly. Unfortunately only 3 of the 4 work. I reached out and was advised to contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement which I did. I have not heard back from them after providing my address for a replacement. It’s been a couple weeks. At this point I feel like I’m out the $40 for the bad bulb which doesn’t make me super thrilled. I’d love to get what I ordered and paid for.
