Great product! My little princess, ball python, loves the Reptichip substrate. Ever since I switched, you can see and feel the difference. She’s more active, she eats better and overall she just looks healthier. I love how this product helps to hold the humidity right where it needs to be and she loves it as well. Original review: I received my order of 4 of these bulbs. They shipped quickly. Unfortunately only 3 of the 4 work. I reached out and was advised to contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement which I did. I have not heard back from them after providing my address for a replacement. It’s been a couple weeks. At this point I feel like I’m out the $40 for the bad bulb which doesn’t make me super thrilled. I’d love to get what I ordered and paid for.

I ordered a 40w Radiant Heat Panel. The customer service was great.My order appeared to be lost in the USPS system so they kindly shipped out another one. The RHP has worked exactly as described. I will definitely be ordering from ReptiChip in the future.

Ordered two hard to come by items, and have them in my hands a few days later. Doesn't get any better than this!

Great cage easy to setup inexpensive for the size and quality. Only thing I would like to see would be for a second vent on the other side. I added one was easy but really need to add probes wires etc on both sides with cages this large. Great product would recommend and would buy again.

Ordering through the actual store is better and cheaper than buying through a 3rd party like Amazon. I've tried many other brands. Reptichip is the best product than the others!

This does what it's supposed to, and when paired with a thermostat, it works perfectly. Installation was a little tricky as some of the pre-deilled screw holes were not perfectly aligned all the way through, but it was not too much of a problem.

This enclosure is amazing . We have a ball python and the space is amazing . Built and shipped amazingly well. The purple is amazing . Loved how the floor is sealed as well. The Pvc walls are awesome for humidity . I went from spraying my old exoflex petsmart enclosure twice a day to stay up with humidity, now I spray once a week. Couldn't be happier for the price !
