The enclosure was packed extremely well. Very easy to put together and it looks amazing! Feels very high quality and I love all the cable management holes on the screen top. My only wish is that it would include the side screen mesh panels - unfortunately it only comes with the glass panels. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with my order.
This stuff is excellent. Holds humidity and is just the right coarseness. Other brands are either big chunks of coconut, which don't provide the ground cover needed or too fine and quickly turns to choking dust . Reptichip is the perfect balance between. It provides a nice dense layer without being to chunky. Its been my 'go to' for years and will continue to be.
This is my third year using reptichip microchip for my snakes and I love this substrate! It’s not dusty, it’s always super clean, and it looks amazing as well! I will continue to use this for my babies!

I love the double bank. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the lock. I don’t use it at all.

I love the Babi chip , I only have about 20 ball pythons now that I’m trying to retire from reptiles after 40 years. It’s just more convenient for me to store and use as a dry product . Price is a little higher but worth it .Order shipped out the next day and I received the 4 bag order 3 days later and no shipping charge

Everything came packaged very securely. You can tell they took their time while packaging the lights any other place would’ve thrown in some peanuts and called it good. The light itself is great it took a little to set up the custom schedule but now it works great and I don’t have to worry about it. Awesome product at a great price thank you guys
