The new Vivarium Electronics incubator line brings commercial grade build quality to the breeding room, and the all-new UVC sterilization system is something you will not find anywhere else in this class. These cabinets may look similar to other models on the market, but they are not. Removing the cooling function is what allows the use of a true proportional thermostat, and that is what holds temperatures tight instead of drifting 3°F or more the way other units do. The VE90L is sized for smaller egg species and small to mid-size collections that need consistent, repeatable results season after season.

All-New UVC Sterilization

The integrated UVC unit helps eliminate transmission of mold and mildew spores inside the cabinet and helps control flying gnats and other pests that find their way into your incubator. The duty cycle is adjustable, so you can dial in the level of sterilization your room conditions call for. The UVC unit sits concealed behind the back wall for safety and is fully user replaceable, lasting for years of use at recommended settings.

Capacity and Configuration

The VE90L is optimized for smaller egg species and can accommodate up to seven gecko egg trays when configured for tray incubation. When used for Ball Pythons, the unit holds up to five standard clutches depending on egg box size and arrangement. Removable shelving lets professional breeders configure the interior layout around tray size, egg box selection, and workflow preferences. Capacity will vary based on egg tray or egg box size and arrangement.

Best For

Breeders working with gecko eggs, colubrids, and other small egg species who want tray-based incubation with room to scale. It is equally at home running five Ball Python clutches for a keeper stepping up from a homemade setup. If you need a unit that runs continuously in a professional breeding room and gives you the same result every season, this is the size to start with.

Important Note on Cooling

This incubator heats only. It does not cool, and it cannot hold a temperature below your ambient room temperature. That is by design: removing the cooling function is exactly what allows the use of a proportional thermostat and the very tight temperature control that comes with it. Plan on a room temperature approximately 10°F or more below your desired incubation temp. That gap is what allows the thermostat and heat element to work together and hold a steady temperature inside the cabinet.

Why Keepers Love It

Due to shipping considerations, we cannot accept returns on incubators. Please be sure to order the correct size.

Order Processing

We ship orders Mondays through Fridays with the exception of Federal and Postal holidays. Orders placed before noon (12pm CST) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon will ship the following business day. Free standard shipping orders typically take 4 to 7 business days to arrive. Priority shipping orders take 1 to 3 business days to arrive. 

Incorrect address / Postal return to sender

Orders returned due to incorrect address or business closure will be refunded less the cost of shipping. 

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our San Antonio, TX warehouse with prior payment. Please schedule a pickup by contacting sales@reptichip.com.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to Canada for several of our products. Canadian customers, please visit ca.reptichip.com to order.

Returns

Returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery of the order. To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased your item through our website. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. Due to likelihood of damage in return shipping ReptiChip will not accept returns on light bulbs of any type or Rack/Cage systems.

To initiate a Return Request, please submit a request here. If your return is accepted, you will be provided a return address and will have the option to a) purchase a shipping label to return the items, or b) to request that a shipping label be sent to you. For option b, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund credit once the item(s) are delivered to the return address provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items will require several photos: a photo of the box that the item was received in, a photo of the label, and a photo of the damages to the product). To initiate a Damage Claim, please submit your report here. If your report is accepted, a carrier label will be sent to return damaged products. When the damaged product is received at our warehouse, a replacement product will be sent or a refund will be issued.

Due to the risk of damage/loss to racks and cages being shipped back and the significant loss of our initial shipping and packing expenses we cannot accept returns on these items. Racks and cages are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. If there has been damage to your shipment in transit please inform us immediately by completing the Damage Claim report. Refund or replacement of the damaged product will be at ReptiChip discretion.

Shipments lost by carrier

ReptiChip will replace orders that have been lost by the carrier if the order is not marked as delivered within 10 business days. 

Orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier are the responsibility of the buyer; refunds/replacements will not be issued for items that are marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to file police reports for delivered items that are suspected to be stolen; however, ReptiChip is not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return your refund will be processed immediately. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the credit to be posted to your banking account.
