1st time using coconut substrate. Hard to break up, but it looks like a better bedding.
Great product! I use BabiChip and mix a little of this with it. My princess loves it and I see the difference. I was worried at first because many shy away from fiber because of the possible risk to ball pythons and was being over protective, watching her close but it’s cut perfectly and we have had no issues with using this product. I can’t see me using any other fiber mix, she gets the best of both coconut husk and fiber for her substitute. Thanks Reptichip!

Original review: I received my order of 4 of these bulbs. They shipped quickly. Unfortunately only 3 of the 4 work. I reached out and was advised to contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement which I did. I have not heard back from them after providing my address for a replacement. It’s been a couple weeks. At this point I feel like I’m out the $40 for the bad bulb which doesn’t make me super thrilled. I’d love to get what I ordered and paid for.

I've been using reptichip for years for my ball pythons, I've tried similar products but nothing really matches the quality. The shirts are top notch also!
The price of this is incredible in comparison to other available options. It also holds humidity well for my ball pythons. Even better it's odor free and my snake room smells much better. Absolutely love this product will never use another substrate.

I have the 40w and 80w models and love them both. Not noticeable inside the enclosure and provides a reliable heat source.

I bought this enclosure a few months ago. It's excellent! The 36' tall is a really great size, that's not easy to find. Enclosure was easy to put together and quite sturdy.
