Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and wherever prohibited by law.
The giveaway begins on September 21, 2026 at 8:00 AM Central Time and ends on October 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
During the Entry Period, visit the giveaway page on reptichip.com and submit a valid email address through the entry form. Limit one entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Entries using multiple email addresses, aliases, automated tools, or any other method of entering more than once will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Vivarium Electronics 120 Gallon 48 x 24 x 24 Sliding Door Vivarium in Black (SKU VEA120-B). Approximate retail value: $349.99. Standard ground shipping to a residential address within the contiguous United States is included. The prize is awarded as is, with no warranty other than the manufacturer's standard warranty. No cash substitution or transfer except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 8, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted. The potential winner must respond with a valid shipping address within 48 hours of the notification being sent. If the potential winner does not respond within that time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, they forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. Sponsor may require the winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release before the prize is shipped.
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for any technical malfunction of any network, server, or email system.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in this giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
