As a Production Team Member at ReptiChip, you will contribute directly to the creation and fulfillment of high-quality products for our customers. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You’ll be responsible for preparing materials, packaging finished goods, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting warehouse operations. This is a labor-intensive position, ideal for individuals who take pride in consistent, hands-on work and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Work Description:

• Prepare products for packaging
• Inspect to ensure quality of product, packaging, and presentation
• Package and box products for daily shipments and wholesale orders
• Receive and inventory products and equipment
• Build pallets and prepare freight shipments
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Be a team player, communicate effectively, ask questions, and be open to learning and collaborating with your team.
• Follow all safety standards and maintain a safe work environment within the warehouse, including effective communication with fellow associates.

Necessary Skills:

• Requires the ability to lift 50 pounds overhead
• Must be able to work quickly and accurately, showing attention to detail
