Overview: ReptiChip produces the highest quality animal substrates available to the consumer. This entry-level position presents a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment catering to a variety of animals' unique needs.

The Production department is seeking candidates who are physically capable and prepared for laborious tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and engaging in repetitive movements. Candidates should possess the physical stamina, strength, and endurance necessary to meet the role's requirements. Prior experience in a physically demanding position or within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Work Description: 

• Prepare products for packaging
• Inspect to ensure quality of product, packaging, and presentation
• Package and box products for daily shipments and wholesale orders
• Receive and inventory products and equipment
• Build pallets and prepare freight shipments
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Be a team player, communicate effectively, ask questions, and be open to learning and collaborating with your team.
• Follow all safety standards and maintain a safe work environment within the warehouse, including effective communication with fellow associates.

Necessary Skills:

• Requires the ability to lift 50 pounds overhead
• Must be able to work quickly and accurately, showing attention to detail
