Genetics are identified to the best of our ability based on lineage, pairing information, and industry experience. Due to the complexity of certain morph combinations, some traits may be estimated. We guarantee:

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival on all shipments sent via approved overnight service when all conditions are met:

• Shipment is delivered on the first delivery attempt
  
• Someone is present to receive the package at the time of delivery

If there is any issue upon arrival, we must be notified within one (1) hour of delivery, along with clear photos of:

• The animal
  
• The exterior shipping box

Failure to report within this timeframe may void the live arrival guarantee.

Health Issues & Resolution

If a health concern arises within the 7-day guarantee period, we must be notified immediately. We do not guarantee temperament, future breeding outcomes, or genetic outcomes beyond what is stated above.

Shipping Schedule & Process

We coordinate all shipping directly with customers via email to ensure safe delivery timing.

Additional Shipping Terms

• We reserve the right to delay shipping if temperatures are unsafe at origin, destination, or transit hubs
  
• Shipments may be held at a carrier facility for pickup when necessary for animal safety
  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will assist in resolution when possible
